Jeffrey then worked as an Accounts Manager for Maxim Staffing Solutions in 2007 and a Business Development Associate for Interaction Associates in 2008. In 2010, they became an Enterprise Business Representative for Salesforce. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Customer Success Manager for Apttus, where they managed communication with customers, participated in executive and operations meetings, demonstrated new capabilities, provided best practices guidance, trained customers, maintained customer profile databases, managed customer support inquiries, and facilitated customer engagements. In 2016, they became a Customer Success Manager for Entytle, Inc.

Jeffrey Nugent attended Rio Americano High School from 1995 to 1999, where they earned their High School Diploma. Jeffrey then attended the University of San Diego from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a BA in Political Science. Jeffrey is currently attending the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
