Elise Faure has been working in the field since 2007, when they began their PhD in Physiology at the Université de Montréal. During their studies, they used voltage-clamp fluorometry techniques to assess ion channels structure/function, as published in the Journal of Biological Chemistry in 2012. In 2013, they received training in BioSAXS at MacCHESS at the Cornell High Energy Synchrotron Source. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Teacher at EPOQ. In 2016, they became the COO and co-founder at eNUVIO.
Elise Faure received a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Université de Montréal in 2007, after studying there between 2004 and 2007. Elise then went on to receive a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Physiology and Biophysics from Université de Montréal in 2015.
