Frederick Puttemans

Frederick Puttemans is an experienced professional in production and process management, currently serving as a Production Manager at Envalior since April 2023, while also acting as a One Young World Ambassador since October 2018. Previously, Frederick held various roles at DSM from November 2016 to April 2023, including Production Manager and Plant Performance Engineer, where responsibilities involved team leadership, safety performance, and process improvements across multiple plants. Earlier career highlights include working as an Employeneur at TMC, managing client projects and supporting business development, as well as serving as a Logistic Engineer at Volvo Trucks, achieving significant improvements in supplier delivery precision. Frederick holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Materials Engineering and a Bachelor in Materials Engineering from KU Leuven.
