Mark Ooms is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the field of corporate law, particularly within the DSM organization. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Envalior since April 2023, Mark has previously held various leadership roles, including General Counsel at DSM Engineering Materials and DSM Advanced Solar from 2011 to 2023, where responsibilities included providing legal advice, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, and overseeing complex mergers and acquisitions. Mark's legal expertise was further developed during tenures as General Counsel at DSM Innovation Center and DSM Biomedical, as well as Legal Counsel at DSM Pharma Chemicals, focusing on in-house legal services for the pharmaceutical sector. Mark holds a Master's degree in Law from Utrecht University, completed between 1978 and 1986.
