Mark Ryan

Mark Ryan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Envalior since September 2022, Mark plays a key role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy for a leading engineering materials powerhouse formed by the merger of DSM Engineering Materials and LANXESS High Performance Materials. Prior to this, Mark held significant positions at SBM Offshore, leading talent acquisition for global operations, and at Jacobs, managing recruitment across Europe. Mark's career also includes roles at BP, Cisco, Dell, and T-Mobile, showcasing a strong background in executive hiring, strategic recruitment operations, and a deep understanding of talent sourcing within diverse industries. Mark holds a BA Hons in Business and Finance from Kingston University.
