Rick Messinger is a seasoned supply chain management professional with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives across the Americas. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Management for Envalior since July 2021, Rick oversees a team of over 60 employees and contractors. Prior to this, Rick held various positions at ARLANXEO, including NORAM IBP Manager and NORAM Supply Chain Manager, where responsibilities included managing a large SKU portfolio and leading cross-functional projects. Rick’s earlier roles at LANXESS Corporation covered positions such as EPDM Product Manager and International Logistics Coordinator. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Grove City College, earned between 1997 and 2001.
