Rob Demandt

Rob Demandt is a seasoned professional in application development engineering with extensive experience in polymer product development. Currently serving as a Senior Application Development Engineer at Envalior since April 2023, Rob manages development projects toward technical approval in customer applications, collaborating closely with R&D teams. Prior to this role, Rob accumulated significant expertise at DSM Engineering Materials from July 2003 to April 2023 in a similar position. Early in Rob's career, experience as a Project Manager at TNO Industry included managing injection molding and extrusion projects, while roles at Philips High Tech Plastics and Philips Research focused on plastic product development and the synthesis of light-emitting polymers, respectively. Rob holds a bachelor's degree in chemical technology from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
