Envel™is the leading manufacturer of innovative building envelope solutions. We specialize in UHPC concrete facade panels that blend energy efficiency, aesthetic excellence, and advanced technology. Our roots in manufacturing date back over 40 years, leveraging experience with Shaffner Heaney Associates to innovate in the architectural and commercial construction space, particularly within rainscreen panels.

At Envel™, we champion "Facade Freedom," pioneering flexible, innovative UHPC facade solutions. Our dedication to research and development ensures continuous improvement in our processes and products, simplifying installation while delivering cutting-edge results. We pride ourselves on our close collaboration with architects and builders, offering a wide range of custom patterns, perforated designs, lattices, and brise soleil to bring unique design visions to life.

With Envel™, you can push the limits of conventional facade materials. Our range of UHPC custom rainscreen cladding solutions allows you to explore unlimited potential—any shape, color, or texture. In addition to our standard colors and textures, we offer complete customization to align perfectly with your design vision, bringing any idea to life. Our unique project approach combines technical expertise with creative inspiration, producing panels that are functional and visually distinct. This approach has solidified our reputation as a partner invested in the success of every project team.

Our manufacturing processes prioritize superior quality. We streamline the installation process by reducing onsite panel cutting and applying concealed fastener clips in the factory, ensuring the final installed projects look great.

Bringing over four decades of industry expertise to each project, our metal fabrication arm, SHApe Architectural, extends our capability to design, engineer, and manufacture custom systems and accessories for any application. If you can imagine it, Envel can create it.
