Graeme Bell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Graeme is currently the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Director at Envelop Risk, where they have been working since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Non-Executive Director and external General Counsel at Envelop Risk from September 2020 to September 2021.
In addition to their roles at Envelop Risk, Graeme has held positions at different companies. Graeme joined TechGC as a Charter Member in August 2022 and became a Director at DataStream Cyber Insurance in January 2022. Graeme also worked as an Advisor at Minerva Venture from September 2021 onwards.
Furthermore, Graeme served as an Advisor at Kaldi Financial Technology starting from February 2022 and as an Investor at Deep Planet from May 2022. Before these roles, they were a Partner at ASAFO & CO. from September 2020 to September 2021, and prior to that, they worked as a Partner, Head of Private Equity at Cohen & Gresser LLP from May 2019 to September 2020.
Graeme's earlier experience includes being a Partner at DAC Beachcroft LLP, where they specialized in private equity, M&A, and restructuring and co-ran the energy practice from April 2018 to April 2019. Graeme also held the position of Partner, Head of London office at Mason Hayes & Curran from January 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they managed the London office, promoted the firm in the UK, and handled corporate matters related to private equity, M&A, restructuring, technology, and energy work.
Graeme Bell attended the University of Bristol from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in German & Italian. In 1998, they also studied Italian Language and Literature at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II for a brief period. In the same year (1997-1998), Graeme studied German Language and Literature at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Later, in 1999, they enrolled at Nottingham Law School and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Law in 2000. Graeme further continued their legal studies at Nottingham Law School and obtained a Legal Practice Course qualification in 2001.
