Sabine Tel has extensive experience in the field of youth care and management, currently serving as an Accountmanager and Implementatiemanager for Enver since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing specialist ambulant assistance in the Rijnmond region. Previously, from October 2008 to March 2018, Sabine held various roles at Stek Jeugdhulp, including (Waarnemend) teammanager for a day treatment program and project leadership in specialist ambulant networks. Earlier career positions involved working as a volunteer with the Kindertelefoon and multiple roles focused on ambulant support for at-risk youth at both the OOVR and Basta in Rotterdam.
