John Spears

John Spears has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. John worked at Enverus from 2014 to the present, starting as the Sales Operations / Finance Senior Analyst and progressing through various roles, including Director of FP&A, Director of Customer Success, Director of Market Research, Senior Director Operations and Finance, and Vice President Pricing Strategy. Currently, they hold the position of SVP Sales Strategy & Planning. Prior to Enverus, John worked at Dell from 2006 to 2014, where they held several finance-related positions, including Software Marketing Controller, Investor Relations, Healthcare Sales Special Pricing Senior Advisor, Finance Analyst WW Tech Support, and Product Analyst. Before Dell, John worked at International Paper from 2002 to 2005 as a Credit Analyst and also served as an Accounts Payable Financial Analyst.

John Spears completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and a minor in Economics at The University of Texas at Austin. John later pursued an MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, completing their studies between 2005 and 2007.
