Robert Bastian

Robert Bastian has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Robert has held various leadership positions in technology companies, starting with their current role as VP, Engineering, Power & Renewables at Enverus since September 2021. In this role, they led the integration of multiple acquisitions, increased the engineering team size, and improved the productivity of data scientists.

Prior to this, Robert served as VP, Research and Innovation at Enverus from July 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they were the Sr. Director, Data Engineering, leading a large organization in data acquisition and delivery for customer applications and APIs. Robert implemented Agile software development processes and introduced a Kafka streaming data platform for real-time processing.
