Colm Bergin

Colm Bergin serves as the Group Head of Engineering at Envestnet, Inc. since April 2023, following a tenure as Chief Technology Officer at ModoPayments from 2016 to March 2023, where Modo developed a digital payments hub featuring the patented COIN® transaction service. Prior to these roles, Colm held various leadership positions, including Managing Director at Envestnet, Inc. after the acquisition of Placemark Investments, and CTO at Placemark. Additional experience includes roles at MedAssets, Improving Enterprises, ACI Worldwide, S2 Systems, White Rock Networks, and IONA Technologies, culminating in a diverse background in software development and engineering management. Colm earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin.
