John Hofmann

John Hofmann is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Envestnet since August 2025, John previously held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at athenahealth from May 2022 to January 2025. Additional roles include Special Advisor at Solera, Inc., Chief Financial Officer at Omnitracs, and Chief Financial Officer at Infogroup. John has also held director and principal positions at Silver Lake Sumeru and served as Vice President at GTCR Golder Rauner.
