John Hofmann

John Hofmann is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Envestnet since August 2025, John previously held the position of EVP & Chief Financial Officer at athenahealth from May 2022 to January 2025. John has also contributed as a Special Advisor at Solera, Inc. for a brief period in late 2021, and as Chief Financial Officer at Omnitracs from August 2018 to October 2021, as well as at Infogroup from July 2014 to August 2018. John holds an MBA in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
