Patrick Smith

Patrick Smith is a seasoned Learning Experience Design professional currently serving as Team Lead at Envestnet since May 2022, where significant contributions include designing a new UX for Envestnet University and developing eLearning templates that streamline development processes. Previously, Patrick held the role of Senior Learning Experience Designer at Envestnet, creating over 2,000 minutes of eLearning content for client-facing LMS platforms. Prior experience as a Learning Experience Designer at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. involved developing an extensive onboarding process and numerous courses. Patrick’s career began as a Library Clerk at Foley & Lardner LLP, enhancing documentation and training efficiency. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development at Boise State University, educational credentials also include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
