Kyle P. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kyle started their career in 2004 as a Technical Service Writer at CompUSA, where they diagnosed computer issues, communicated with customers, and facilitated repairs. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at HP/TAC Worldwide, providing hardware support to the Forsyth County School System.

After that, Kyle worked at Forsyth County Schools as a Technical Support Specialist from 2007 to 2009, where they repaired computers, maintained servers, and installed printers for the school system. Kyle then joined Chico's FAS, Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist, supporting various IT equipment and software.

In 2010, Kyle joined SHL, first as a Technical Support Specialist and then as a Senior Technical Support Specialist. Kyle worked on various projects and contributed to bringing stability to the core application and payroll systems.

Currently, Kyle is employed as a Software Engineer - Core Products at Enveyo, starting in 2022.

Kyle P. attended Lanier Technical College from 2007 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator. In addition to their formal education, Kyle has also obtained several certifications. These include DevOps Foundations: Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration, Learning S.O.L.I.D. Programming Principles, Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact, and Effective Listening, all of which were obtained through LinkedIn. The certifications were obtained in various months of 2021.
