Lars Bangsgaard

Lars Bangsgaard is a seasoned biologist with extensive experience in the field of environmental management. Currently serving as the Forretningsdirektør (Business Director) at Envidan Denmark since September 2023, Lars previously owned and operated Bangsgaard & Paludan APS from August 2006 to September 2023, focusing on river and freshwater management, river restoration, and wetland restoration. Prior to this, Lars worked as a biologist at Fyns Amt, Funen County from February 1999 to January 2006, and at the Danish EPA from 1996 to 1999. Lars holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in biology from Odense Universitet, earned between 1989 and 2005.
