TJ Leising is a mechatronics engineer with a strong focus on validation, testing, failure analysis, and mechanical design. Currently serving as the Director of Test & Validation, and Program Management at enviolo, TJ leads product validation and engineering efforts to facilitate product improvements and new developments. With seven years of experience in validation and testing across R&D powered application products and semiconductor automated systems, TJ has also held roles as Lead Validation Engineer at Hyliion and Validation Lead at Fallbrook Technologies. They earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
