Catherine Walter

Catherine Walter has over 30 years of work experience in human resources. Catherine started their career in 1984 as an HR Manager at Small Tube Products, where they worked until 1998. From 1998 to 2017, Catherine served as the Human Resources Director at JLG Industries Inc, overseeing HR policies, programs, systems, and employee relations for global production operations. In 2017, they joined Enviri as the Global Director of Compensation and Benefits.

Catherine Walter, GPHR, has a Certificate in College Teaching with a focus on Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Capella University, obtained in 2017. Catherine also holds a Masters degree in Organization and Management, earned from Capella University between the years 2001 and 2005. Additionally, Catherine obtained a BA in Political Science from Penn State University from 1977 to 1981. In terms of certifications, they received their GPHR certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in November 2014. Catherine also completed the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at the Center for Creative Leadership, although the specific dates of completion are not available.
