Michael Kolinsky

Michael Kolinsky serves as the VP Treasurer of Tax and Risk Management at Enviri since August 2005, reporting directly to the CFO and managing a global team of over 25 employees across tax, treasury, risk, and real estate functions. In addition to overseeing global corporate tax and treasury management, Michael leads the strategy and execution of all tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing the global tax structure. Prior to Enviri, Michael spent a decade at Ernst and Young as a Senior Manager in tax consulting, where responsibilities included managing a client portfolio valued at $4.3 million. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Temple University.
