Patrick McGovern

Patrick McGovern currently serves as the Global Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Enviri, where responsibilities include advising C-Suite executives on legal and compliance risks, managing a diverse global team, navigating government inquiries, and supporting litigation matters. Prior to this role, McGovern was Regional Counsel for U.S. and Canada at Baxter International Inc. and served as Director/Senior Counsel at Mead Johnson Nutrition. McGovern's career also includes extensive experience at McDonald's Corporation as Senior Counsel, where legal strategy and crisis management were key responsibilities, as well as significant roles at the U.S. Attorney's Office, City of Chicago Department of Law, and as a Judicial Law Clerk. McGovern holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
