Samuel Romaninsky

Samuel Romaninsky is currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Global Litigation and Risk Management at Enviri since September 2008. In this role, Samuel advises the board of directors, CEO, General Counsel, and CFO on asset protection, risk reduction, high-value litigation management, and the company's transformation. Prior experience includes an Associate position at Covington & Burling from September 2006 to August 2008, where Samuel defended pharmaceutical companies in U.S. criminal investigations, and an Associate role at Blank Rome LLP from September 2004 to August 2006, handling various litigation types, including product liability and white-collar criminal matters. Samuel earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania.
