Tom Vadaketh

Tom Vadaketh has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Tom is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Enviri, a position they started in October 2023. Prior to this, Tom worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Bausch Health Companies Inc. from January 2022 to October 2023. Tom also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at ERT from September 2018 to December 2021. Before that, Tom worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Cambrex from January 2017 to August 2018. Tom also served as the Chief Financial Officer at The Crosby Group, a KKR Company, from December 2014 to December 2016, where they strengthened the finance team and improved the company's profit and cash performance. Tom's earlier experience includes various finance roles at Tyco, where they were responsible for setting up the Corporate FP&A function, leading planning and budgeting efforts, and serving as the CFO for Tyco's global products segment. Tom also worked at Procter & Gamble as a Finance Executive for over 14 years.

Tom Vadaketh earned an MBA in Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School in 1990. Tom also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant from ICAEW, specializing in Accounting. Additionally, they completed the ACA program from ICAEW.
