Tom McDonnell

Tom McDonnell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Program Development at Higginbotham Insurance Agency since March 2023, Tom also holds the position of Principal at Trace Advisory Group and GC Logistics, both established firms providing a range of consulting and logistics services. Additionally, Tom serves as a Board Member for Medical Grade Innovations and has been the President & CEO of The Refuge Group, Inc. since 1987, overseeing a diverse portfolio of businesses. Previously, Tom led U-Save Car & Truck Rental as CEO until August 2022. Educationally, Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
