Celeste Rogers

Celeste Rogers is an experienced digital transformation leader with a demonstrated history of building change strategies and managing large-scale organizational transformations. Currently serving as the Digital Change and Transformation Lead at EnviroNZ since August 2021, Celeste has developed and implemented a comprehensive change management strategy while leading a digital training team. Prior to this role, Celeste founded Free2BeMe Leadership Transformation Coaching and served as Group CIO at MTO Group, where strategic leadership in innovation and digital technology resulted in significant cost efficiencies and enhanced customer experiences. Previous roles include Group Executive IT at Cape Pine Group and Senior Business Consultant at Len Horne Computing CC, highlighting extensive IT and management expertise across various sectors. Celeste holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Stellenbosch.
