Ryan Snedeker

Ryan Snedeker is the Quality Manager at Ace Thermal Systems, where they focus on achieving total customer satisfaction. With 20 years of experience in quality assurance and control within the aerospace, oil & gas, and defense sectors, Ryan is a passionate advocate for Lean practices and data analytics. They have held previous positions as a Quality Assurance Auditor at Bizjet Int'l and Quality Manager at Advanced Plastics & Machining and Astra Manufacturing Inc. Currently, Ryan is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Tulsa Community College. They hold several certifications from ASQ, including Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, and Lean Six Sigma.
