Pete Joy

EVP at Envirocon

Mr. Joy currently serves as Envirocon’s Executive Vice President and has over 28 years' experience performing environmental remediation and civil construction projects. He began his career at Envirocon in 1989 as a Project Engineer. Mr. Joy specializes in safe and successful execution of projects under our Operational Excellence program. He holds a Masters of Science in Geochemistry from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology and a B.S. in Chemistry from Montana State University. His previous project experience includes mine reclamation, dam construction, soil/sludge solidification and stabilization, cut-off walls, sludge dewatering and treatment, RCRA cap construction, residential yard removals, and sediment removal. As the Executive Vice President, Mr. Joy is responsible for managing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and providing leadership for emerging technical and commercial solutions to our clients’ needs. He also leads the business development team to grow sustainable earnings and backlog in the environmental sector through strategic planning and capture management.
