Chad Pigg is a dedicated professional who assists communities and property owners in addressing brownfield challenges that impede redevelopment. Currently serving as President of Groundbreaking Development and Director of Brownfields and Economic Development at EnviroForensics, Chad focuses on developing solutions and securing funding for environmental issues affecting commercial and industrial properties. Previously, Chad worked as a Senior Environmental Consultant at Stantec, where they led initiatives to partner with local stakeholders in brownfield redevelopment. Chad holds a Master’s Degree in Geology/Hydrogeology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and is currently pursuing education at the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma.
