Alyssa Henry

Alyssa Henry is a Community Engagement Project Manager at EnviroIssues since October 2023, previously serving as Volunteer Engagement Manager at Woodland Park Zoo from June 2022 to October 2023. Prior experience includes managing a diverse volunteer program with 1,200 volunteers annually as Volunteer & Programs Manager at Arboretum Foundation from January 2016 to June 2022. Earlier roles at EarthCorps included Sr. Volunteer Specialist, where management of AmeriCorps and International participants was key, and Volunteer Specialist, focusing on community volunteer events for habitat restoration. Alyssa began the career as a Corps Member in a Habitat Restoration Training Program. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Pacific Lutheran University, earned in 2012.
