Brandy Harmon

Brandy Harmon is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in developing systems and processes to support organizational growth. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Environmental Design Group since December 2022, Brandy previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at Schill Grounds Management, where foundational HR systems were established for rapid expansion. Prior experience includes serving as Startup Manager at TH Cleveland, where Brandy contributed to launching Tim Hortons restaurants, and as Human Resources/Special Projects Manager at Sprenger Health Care Systems, focusing on HR program development and recruitment. Brandy earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Cleveland State University.
