Talen Bender

Talen Bender has extensive experience in sales engineering and technical support, currently serving as a Sales Engineer at Environmental Lights since January 2017, following roles as a Senior Technical Support Specialist and Technical Support Specialist. Prior experience includes a variety of positions at HomeGoods Stores from February 2015 to October 2016, where Talen excelled as a Backroom Coordinator, overseeing warehouse operations and training staff. Additional roles include Warehouse Assistant and Merchandise Coordinator, where Talen contributed to improved profit margins through efficient merchandise management and enhanced customer service. Early career experiences at 99 Cents Only Stores and SeaWorld San Diego further developed skills in inventory control, customer service, and team training. Talen earned an Associate of Arts in Psychology from San Diego Mesa College and holds a high school diploma with advanced studies in math and English.
