Rhyno Gouws has extensive experience in waste management and agricultural economics. They began their career as an Agricultural Economist at Dankbaar Boerdery from 1989 to 1991, focusing on feasibility studies and financial planning. Rhyno progressed to various leadership roles at EnviroServ Waste Management from 2005 to 2016, culminating as Operations Director International. Currently, they serve as the General Manager of Treatment & Disposal Solutions for Southern Africa and Africa at EnviroServ Waste Management Ltd, where they oversee operations planning, financial management, and project evaluation. Rhyno holds a B.Agric. Admin in Agricultural Economics from the University of Stellenbosch, as well as a Road Transportation Diploma from Randse Afrikaanse Universiteit.
