Fadil Millanaj has a diverse work experience that spans multiple healthcare-related roles. In 2014, they worked as a Community Intern at Allied Health Academy, gaining medical experience through shadowing at various hospitals and developing empathy and caretaking skills. In 2018, Millanaj worked as a Research Assistant at the Muscle Biology Lab at the University of Massachusetts. Fadil then joined CD Hanson Private Practice as a Psychiatry/Neurology Intern, where they assisted with patient progress notes and observed the treatment processes for patients with neurodegenerative disorders. Currently, Millanaj serves as the Co-President at Envision Difference, connecting college students to nonprofit organizations and raising awareness about real-life challenges.
Fadil Millanaj obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, between the years 2016 and 2020. Additionally, in April 2018, Fadil obtained a Basic Life Support certification from the National CPR Association.
