Stephane Eisen

Stephane Eisen is a highly motivated and passionate wind energy professional with 23 years of experience in turbine subsystem design, product architecture strategy, and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Drivetrain Systems Engineering at Envision Energy, Stephane leads the strategic planning and execution of global turbine system engineering activities. Earlier roles included positions at The Wind Turbine Company, DONG Energy A/S, and Boulder Wind Power, where Stephane contributed to prototype development and technical strategy. Educated with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from DTU and a Bachelor’s from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Stephane is dedicated to advancing next-generation wind turbine architectures.
