Timothy Devlin

Timothy Devlin serves as a Senior Program Manager at Envisioneering Inc since May 2023. With a long tenure at the US Navy spanning from January 1996 to the present, Timothy holds the position of Fleet Liaison and Program Manager at Naval Sea Systems Command, where responsibilities include leading a team to enhance Fleet readiness through training, systems engineering, and maintainability in collaboration with various stakeholders.
