Amber Davis has worked in the creative industry since 2003. Amber began their career as an Editorial Intern for the Organization of American Historians in 2003. Amber then moved on to Finelight as a Copywriting/Quality Control Intern and Copywriter, where they worked on brochures, direct mail, websites, annual reports, print ads, radio spots, Flash, and new business pieces for clients in the healthcare, education, and recreational vehicle industries. In 2008, they joined closerlook, inc. as a Senior Copywriter/Copywriter, where they developed educational, easy-to-understand interactive, mobile, and video marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C consumers in the healthcare industry. In 2011, they began working at Arc Worldwide/Leo Burnett Group as a Senior Copywriter, where they concepted and wrote shopper marketing programs for national and global markets. In 2014, they returned to Envisionit as an Associate Creative Director, where they worked on integrated digital campaigns. In 2016, they became the Director of Marketing for Upland Brewing Company, where they provided creative direction and oversaw ideation, content strategy, and execution for all digital, social media, video, print, and sales collateral initiatives. Finally, in 2018, they returned to Envisionit as the VP, Creative Director and Creative Director, where they managed and mentored a team of visual designers, interaction designers, motion designers, digital copywriters, and associate creative directors.
Amber Davis attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, Communication and Culture.
