Bob Looney

Bob Looney has a strong background in software architecture and development. Bob is currently working as the VP of Software & Architecture at Envisor since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Senturus, Inc. starting in October 2020. From January to March 2020, Bob worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Compeat Restaurant Management Software. Before that, they worked at Senturus, Inc. as the Sr. Director of Software Engineering from April 2018 to January 2020. Bob also has experience as an Enterprise Architect at Compeat Restaurant Management Software from November 2017 to February 2018. Bob held multiple roles at Ctuit Software, including Vice President of Software Development from July 2015 to November 2017, Director of Software Development from January 2012 to June 2015, and Senior Software Engineer from July 2007 to January 2012. Their earlier experiences include working as a Project Manager and Senior Software Developer at SAIC from 2004 to 2007, and as a Software Engineer at Biometric Access Company from April 2001 to May 2004. Throughout their career, Bob has worked with various technologies and has demonstrated skills in product management, project management, technical solutions design, and software development.

Bob Looney earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. In 2023, they obtained the FOCP: FinOps Certified Practitioner certification from The Linux Foundation.
