Manuel Cisneros

Manuel Cisneros, P.E. is a professional engineer with extensive experience in civil and structural engineering. Currently serving as a Project Engineer in Civil/Structural Forensics at Envista Forensics since August 2022, Manuel previously held the position of Project Manager - Civil Engineer at Chow Engineering Inc from January 2020 to September 2022.
