Rick Hezel, P.E. is a seasoned civil and structural engineering professional with extensive experience in forensic claims and engineering consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Civil/Structural Engineering at Envista Forensics since October 2025, Rick previously held the position of Director of Forensic Claims at Charles Taylor from January 2024 to October 2025. Rick's career at Envista Forensics began in January 2017, progressing from Regional Director to District Manager and Technical Field Supervisor. Prior to this, Rick worked at PT&C|LWG Forensic Consulting Services, where roles included Technical Field Supervisor and Senior Forensic Consultant. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Structural Engineer at H&A | Hankins & Anderson and as a Structural Engineer at Dunbar Milby Williams Pittman & Vaughan. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
