Robert Grace VII has over 30 years of experience in the field of operations development, with expertise in supply chain consulting and IT services. Their most recent role was as Vice President of Operations Development at enVista, where they led a new Food & Beverage Solutions group. Prior to that, they were the Principal/Owner of Operations Development, LLC, an independent development and integration firm specializing in productivity solutions for beverage wholesalers. Robert also founded and served as President of Beverage Operations, LLC, a beverage consulting company focused on warehouse and delivery operations. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Consultant at KEOGH Consulting, Director of Systems Sales at Automotion Systems, and Corporate Operations Development Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Robert also held positions at Litton as a Lead Systems Engineer and at Methods Research & Development, Inc. as a Consultant. Throughout their career, Robert has consistently demonstrated their ability to improve profitability, enhance customer service, and reduce costs through strategic consulting, functional operating procedures, and the implementation of appropriate equipment and technology.

Robert Grace VII attended Bowling Green State University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Technology.
