Alexey Ignatenko

Alexey Ignatenko is a highly experienced software development professional with a robust background in computer graphics and vision. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Development at Envista Holdings Corporation since June 2020, Alexey has previously held significant roles including Senior Software Development Manager at Ormco and Software Engineering Consultant in a self-employed capacity. With extensive experience in research and development, including technical direction of a 3D Digital Microscope project at OctoNus, Alexey has also contributed to academia as an Associate Professor at Moscow State University, leading the Graphics Group and teaching computer graphics courses. Additionally, Alexey has played key organizational roles at multiple international conferences focused on graphics and media, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills throughout a career spanning over two decades. Educationally, Alexey holds a PhD in Computer Graphics and a Master’s degree in Math, Computer Science, and Programming from Moscow State University.
