Eric Shih

Eric Shih has extensive work experience in the medical device industry. Eric is currently the General Manager (Medical Device) / Cluster Lead for Taiwan & HongKong at Envista Holdings Corporation, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager - Dental Solution (Medical Device) Taiwan at Danaher Corporation starting in 2019.

Before joining Danaher, Eric spent a significant portion of their career at Johnson & Johnson MedTech. Eric'sroles at Johnson & Johnson included Field Marketing Director & Bariatric surgery business lead from 2018 to 2019, Field Marketing Director from 2017 to 2018, Business Unit Director from 2012 to 2016, Franchise Manager from 2007 to 2012, Product Manager from 2005 to 2007, and Sales Executive from 2000 to 2005.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams and driving business growth. Eric has also implemented strategic initiatives such as market expansion strategies and KOL development programs to increase sales and enhance education in the medical device market. Additionally, they have experience in market analysis, product development, and reimbursement plan implementation.

Eric Shih's education history begins in 1995 when they enrolled at Chung Yuan Christian University. Eric pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering and completed their studies in 1999. After that, in 1999 and 2000, Eric attended Simon Fraser University, where they focused on English Language and Literature, although they did not obtain a specific degree. In 2008, they briefly attended the Asian Institute of Management, taking a business course in Business Administration and Management, General.
