Juan Arbona

Juan Arbona is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and dental industries. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Envista Holdings Corporation since September 2019, Arbona has played a significant role in developing and maintaining compliance programs within the organization. Prior to this role, Arbona held compliance leadership positions at DH Dental Business Services LLC and Zimmer Biomet, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance with regulatory matters and international agreements. Arbona's career began at Abbott Laboratories, where a strong foundation in ethics and compliance was established. Educational qualifications include a JD from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, a PhD in Endocrinology from Auburn University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Currently, Arbona is enjoying retirement since October 2023.
