Michael Lutz

Michael Lutz, CSP, is a self-motivated Environmental, Health and Safety leader with extensive experience in improving EHS outcomes across various industries. Currently serving as the Environmental, Health and Safety Director for the Americas at Envista Holdings Corporation since January 2021, Michael previously held positions including EH&S Lead at Kelly Science, Engineering & Technology and Director of Health and Safety Programs at Norsk Hydro. With a track record of managing safety programs and regulatory interactions at multiple facilities, Michael has also contributed to global EH&S initiatives at Collins Aerospace and managed EHS operations at Carrier Corporation, Eaton, and Stanley Black & Decker. Michael holds a Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change Management from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Safety Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
