Tom Purkis

Tom Purkis is a Partner at Maven Capital Partners, where leadership of the London office and co-lead responsibilities for the Institutional Buyout Fund are key roles. In this capacity, Tom focuses on deal origination and execution of MBO investments in London and the South of England, typically involving equity investments of £5m to £20m in platform businesses with Enterprise Values between £10m and £80m. Additionally, Tom serves as an Investment Director at Titan Wealth Holdings and holds various Non-Executive Director positions across several companies, including Envitia, Zing Dev, Acton Banks Healthcare Limited, UAP Limited, and others. Tom previously worked at Grant Thornton UK LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, where over 20 transactions were completed in diverse sectors. Tom also has experience in transaction advisory services and business restructuring. Tom is an alumnus of Durham University.
