Jon Rickers

Jon Rickers is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Enviva, Jon leads the development and execution of HR strategies for a global workforce of over 1,200 associates. Previously, Jon founded PEG Consulting and held the role of Chief People Officer at ABX, where essential people strategies and organizational designs were established. Jon’s prior positions include senior HR leadership roles at Enpro Inc., where a company-wide HR vision was created, and at ITT Inc., where innovations in HR practices yielded significant cost savings. Jon holds an MBA in International Business from SMU Cox School of Business and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
