Michael Butts

Michael Butts is the Corporate Fire Systems Manager for Enviva Biomass, where they oversee fire protection systems and safety across Southeastern facilities in the Biomass Industry. Prior to this role, Michael served as the Director of Customer Engagement and Training Strategies at Hux Safety Solutions after spending 15 years in the Fire and Rescue industry, including a position as Chief of Training and Fire Life Safety Education for the Roanoke Rapids Fire Department. Michael holds an Associate's degree in Fire Services Administration from Wilson Community College.
