Chris Hummel

Chris Hummel is the current Director of Engineering at Envizzo. Chris has over eight years of experience as a software engineer. Prior to joining Envizzo, Chris worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Visa from June 2017 to July 2018. While at Visa, Chris was responsible for developing and maintaining the company's software applications. Before Visa, Chris worked as a Software Developer at Clutch Analytics from January 2016 to December 2017, where they developed software applications using Angular, React, Node, Couchbase, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, InfluxDB, and Riemann. Chris also worked as a Development Engineer at Albany International from January 2013 to December 2013, where they created operating instructions for extrusion line machines and designed experiments to analyze polymer and additive formulations. Additionally, Chris worked as a Process Engineer at Dura-Line from January 2013 to December 2016 and as an R&D Engineer at Guill Tool & Engineering from January 2011 to December 2013.

Chris Hummel earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
