I am proud to present Envol en Voix, a music therapy practice that helps people (re)discover themselves and their resources through voice, sound and music.
- Music therapy: a therapeutic relationship that focuses on sounds and emotions before words.
Playing together with easy-to-use instruments, with no musical skill required, allows us to explore our relationship with ourselves and others in a concrete way.
Listening to music together helps us to express our emotions more fully.
- The voice: discovering oneself and gaining self-confidence
The ‘Apprivoiser sa voix’ (Taming your voice) courses or individual sessions provide an opportunity to learn, in a safe, fun and supportive environment, how to make oneself heard, to dare to assert oneself, to regain confidence in one's voice and in oneself, and even to dare to sing or speak better in public.
Because the voice is much more than an instrument: it is an expression of our intimacy, an ambassador of our authenticity, our unique presence and our personal power.
- Prenatal singing:
Prenatal singing makes the mother-to-be aware of the precious gift that is her voice, both for herself and for her unborn baby and partner.
Her own voice is a powerful tool for reconnecting with herself, for establishing a vibrational relationship with her child, and for effectively preparing for childbirth. Channelling your breathing with your voice allows you to experience childbirth with less tension, accompanying the pain rather than fighting it.
The mother's voice is a very precious link for the child, before and after birth. Songs experienced in utero will soothe and calm the baby once it is born.
- Tinnitus & Hyperacusis:
These symptoms are not diseases, but responses from the brain. Thanks to brain plasticity, we offer tailor-made listening sessions using Dr Cramer's TIM method to retrain and soothe the auditory circuit in the brain.
