Sara Daut

Sara Daut, CPM®, C4P, CAPS, serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Lipton, a division of Envolve, where they expand the company's reach across 21 states. Previously, they held the position of Vice President at The Lipton Group, Inc., managing a team of over 100 and a portfolio of over 3,200 units in the Metro St. Louis area. Sara has also worked as the Director of Asset Management at Affordable Equity Partners, overseeing a portfolio of 17,000 units, and as Vice President of Multi-Family Assets at Gundaker Commercial Group. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and hold several industry certifications, including CPM®, CAPS, and C4P, reflecting their extensive expertise in property management and compliance. Additionally, Sara contributes to the real estate sector as a board member for the Institute of Real Estate Management and the St. Louis Apartment Association.
